You need the sub to be low frequencies only, the bose...

do you have a stock bose sub? If so, it is quite easy to tap the low level input off the sub.. I found a thread on 6club and did it to my speed as well. You can even tap into the remote amp turn on also off of the same harness

This setup was in my newly acquired purchase, and Im not interested in keeping them.. all is in working order. Rockford Fosgate Punch 200 Infinity 12" sub with box.
