Non-Mazda wheels

A coworker is selling some wheels off of her 05 Mustang. I know they won't fit most rides here but if any knows of any interest they are reasonably priced at $1200. 4 - 20x10" Boss rims on Nancane Ultra Sport NS II tires - 225/35ZR20 97Y Steel belted radial tubless. Rims are from a 2005 Ford Mustang...

I would lean towards 1 or 3. I have never had good luck with the wear on any Dunlop's. Went through one set in three months.

I took it over to Sil-Terhar and had them take a look at it. They had to keep it over night but should be taken care of.

I ran it along the center console and put it in the arm rest. If you look in the bottom compartment there is a mesh-like area that is easy to trim up to fit the connector through. I used some snips to clip out a small section to gain the access I wanted and slit the felt mat thing that goes in the b...

Just as a follow-up the burning smell turned out to be the transfer case leaking and hitting the exhaust.

I just installed this about a month ago. It's easy. There is one bolt as turbo99jetta said on the side with the glove box. Unhinge the glove box to access it. There is not another bolt to worry about on the other side. Once you have that out you can grab the center stack and pull it straight out to ...

I like the hood piece. I think the only way to pull off the roof would be to run a smaller stripe on the hood but I don't think that would look very good. How close to the edge of the rise in the hood does this go? It looks to be about a 1/4" or so. Have you played with this to see how it looks best?

It's new to me but used. I haven't seen any smoke like described in other posts but do sometimes get a burning oil smell when I run the heater.

I think I am going to have it checked out to be safe. It would be a shame to have to have my turbo replaced ;)

Oil question

My MS6 looks to be burning about a quart of oil every 3k miles. Is this normal? I know a boosted vehicle will burn a little bit but this seems a bit much to me. As of yet I have not added any parts performance wise so I can't attribute it to that.

That is so funny that you say that. Is that the same Scott that used to own his own performance shop in Fort Collins? If so he built me a custom turbo set up for my old 2004 z06. It took him almost a year to complete it and in the process he set my fuel injectors a flame. Now if it isn't him which ...
