Re: For Sale: RX-7 FC S5 TII V-Mount *Clean* - Needs Work

Oh man, that's a beautiful FC. Really wish I could afford to pick it up :/ If only this whole job search thing were going a little better. Hopefully it goes to a good home!

Re: RM21 - Formula SAE Car

You would be correct. Typically it is quite the sausage fest. I think we have 5 girls on the team at the moment which is quite possibly the most we've ever had. There's going to be a lot more sensors on the car this year than we've had previously. I know we're going to have custom designed corner mo...

RM21 - Formula SAE Car

Howdy folks! As some of you might recall, I'm on the Formula SAE team here at my school, and we recently unveiled our newest vehicle, RM21. I figured a good amount of you would be interested in seeing it since this is a car forum after all, and there's also a good amount of members that autocross as...

Well I finally heard back about another job application I sent out for a position in Alabama, however it looks like I'll still be back in CO at least temporarily after I graduate even if this does pan out for me. Should be able to make it with my Legacy :)

Good lookin STI man! Regulator just picked one up as well. Personally, I wasn't a big fan of red on previous generations of the WRX/STI, but it definitely looks great on the current gen.

Re: Meet in May?

So far my whole job search thing isn't going so hot (due in part to my complete lack of time to actually look for a job), so it's looking like I'll be back in CO at least temporarily after I graduate at the end of May. I'd be down to join after I'm back which would actually June 2nd or 3rd.

I've got a friend that works for host gator so I might also be able to help in the new hosting department if scrilla's brother ends up being unable to help out. I definitely don't want to see this site die!

Love the gauge cluster just flopping around while you're driving, lol!

So who is gonna have the faster car? You with your 818, or the STI that Regulator is looking at picking up to replace his Evo? Think we might need to have a showdown!

Go on UPS website, price out what it's gonna cost to ship something to NY. Says about $80. Figure okay, so probably like $100 or so. Go to UPS store to actually ship it, price is $300.

FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU UPS.

Did you get an EJ253 (naturally aspirated) from a 2.5i, or did you find an EJ255 from a GT? I love my Subaru. Never had a bad experience working on my car, aside from replacing an O2 sensor when I managed to strip the very first thread on the bung. Managed to (have a friend) fix the thread with a fi...

Thanks! I was actually going to do a search on brake fluid. How easy is it to get this stuff? I believe 3zero3 is one of their authorized dealers, so it's local(-ish, since you're down in the Springs). Doubt it'll make much difference, but this is the stuff we use on the Formula SAE team at my scho...

Thank you guys! PDA did a great job and was able to also do the passenger seat whereas autotrim could not! Glad to hear it! If you don't mind me asking, what did they charge? It's something I've been tempted to do for my car, but I never really looked into it all that much figuring it'd be too expe...

I had Eclipse tint my windows on my Subaru back in August before I left with CXP18, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. It's absolutely perfect, and I'd highly recommend Eric's shop to anyone looking to get tinting done.
