I can't really speak for exact condition of his car but I can say this that price for that motor and car combo is a good deal considering what it can do now and capable of with just a few mods. For anyone that hasn't noticed his car is same setup as mine just he is still running the stock twin turb...

the 18 psi of boost felt good in my car!!!! it keep on pulling!!! i spoke to kilo racing he told to go back to 10 psi if i want the engine to last longer!!! True that! Well at least we know it will hold up lol! Give it a go at the track for kicks and see what it runs, ha ha ha! I think 10-12 psi yo...

That was what I originally thought! You have the correct air fuel and timing but your turbo seemed shot. Rebuild time!!! Check out majesticturbo.com they have fairly decent pricing and do good work.
